- The Palestinian Ministry of Awqaf reported that Israeli forces stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque 280 times since the beginning of 2025 as part of ongoing violations against holy sites.
- The Jerusalem Governorate warned that the Israeli municipality had allocated substantial budgets for the construction and expansion of settler roads around the city as part of a strategy to link settlements and consolidate control over Jerusalem. It also warned of a plan to complete the registration of land in occupied Jerusalem in the Israeli land registry by 2029, describing it as the most dangerous settlement measure since 1967, as it entrenches ownership in favour of the occupying authorities. It further condemned the expansion of the Adam settlement north of Jerusalem and the opening of the so-called “Pilgrimage Road” tunnel in Silwan as steps aimed at consolidating annexation.
- The National Campaign to Retrieve the Bodies of Martyrs announced that Israel is withholding the bodies of 776 Palestinians from Gaza in so-called “numbered graves” and morgues, including 96 prisoners, 77 children and 10 women. The campaign condemned the exhumation of more than 250 bodies, describing it as a war crime, and called for their return, international access for verification, and an independent international investigation.

- The Knesset National Security Committee continued deliberations on an amendment to the Penal Code introducing the death penalty for individuals described as “terrorists”, ahead of final approval. National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir stated that the proposal would apply to perpetrators of the 7 October attacks and thereafter.
- The Knesset approved a law prohibiting the employment in Israel’s education system of individuals holding academic degrees from Palestinian universities, including Palestinian citizens of Israel who studied in the West Bank.
- The Supreme Court refrained from ruling on a petition by the Foreign Press Association seeking independent access to Gaza, instead requesting an update from the government by 31 March, while the ban in place since October 2023 remains.
- Peace Now reported that the Civil Administration declared 694 dunams near Wadi Qana as “state land”, potentially paving the way for a new settlement in what is described as the last contiguous Palestinian area east of Qalqilya.
