We’ve completed a major UI/UX overhaul across Caseway. This update focuses on clarity, guidance, and polish, making the platform easier to learn, faster to navigate, and more consistent across devices and themes.

 Smarter Onboarding

Getting started with Caseway is now more guided without getting in your way.

• Quick Tour with responsive flows for desktop and mobile
• Feature tour modals with contextual tooltips that explain UI elements as you use them
• Post-Tour Activation Screen to orient you once onboarding is complete
• Persistent tour progress, so you do not see the same steps repeatedly
• Delayed re-appearance of feature tours when helpful
• Engagement tracking to continuously improve onboarding quality

 New UI & UX Components

We introduced new interface elements to streamline how you start, interact, and move through Caseway.

• Redesigned Welcome Screen with interactive quick-start action cards
• Post-Tour Activation Screen with example prompts to get moving faster
• Modern Floating Input with token counter and action bar
• Unified Chat Header with improved navigation and branding
• Educational loading states with real-time progress indicators

 Chat History & Sidebar Improvements

The chat history drawer is now more usable, consistent, and responsive.

• Improved dark mode styling with clearer text contrast
• Better support across screen sizes, including mobile
