As we close out the year, we want to share an important update about the future of our firm. Beginning January 1, 2026, Frost Brown Todd and Gibbons will officially combine to form FBT Gibbons LLP. While our name is changing and our footprint is expanding, the experience and advice you rely on will remain the same. We expect your work with relationship partners, legal teams, and other professionals to continue without interruption during this transition. Our commitment to excellent service and responsiveness is unchanged.
The primary differences you will notice in the new year relate to branding and contact information. Starting January 1, we will transition to new email addresses ending in @fbtgibbons.com. Messages sent to current Frost Brown Todd email addresses will continue to be delivered via automatic forwarding for several weeks.
To ensure you continue receiving important updates, please add @fbtgibbons.com to your email safelist or approved senders list.
You will also begin to see our new firm identity reflected across communications, social media, and materials in January. Our website URL will change to fbtgibbons.com.

Will my engagement terms change?
No. All existing engagements will continue without interruption.
Do I need to update vendor or billing records?
Our FBT EIN remains the same, but a new W-9 with the new firm name, FBT Gibbons LLP, will be issued on or after January 1; no other action is needed at this time.
Will contact information stay the same?
Phone numbers and office addresses will remain unchanged. As noted above, email addresses will transition to the @fbtgibbons.com domain.
