Then, lucky you.. you get to meet the team who will , of course, maximise your investment because it’s all about success.
Who writes this stuff.. well this time round I can tell you who writes this stuff it’s Chris O’Leary.
I know he has to earn a buck.
But this is about as low as you can go

Chris O’Leary is a freelance writer and editor based in western Massachusetts.
He is the managing editor of Thomson Reuters “The M&A Lawyer” and “Wall Street Lawyer,” andi s also the author of two books on popular music.
A quick google tells me he’s written two books on Bowie.
All i can say Chris is that next year you need to be a Rebel Rebel and make some Changes because the Young Americans will never forgive you for selling your Golden Years to corporate America and becoming a Laughing Gnome when it could have all been the Memory of a Free Festival.
As The World Falls Down it’s better to be A Rock’n’Roll Suicide than sell your soul to those Scary Monsters & Super Creeps, I know you are probably Under Pressure but it is better to look forward to an Art Decade than Fill Your Heart with their Red Money

Oh I almost forget I’m meant to be telling you about this
Meet the team dedicated to maximizing your CoCounsel Legal investment
Highlights
- Customer success managers guide law firms through AI adoption with tailored onboarding strategies.
- CoCounsel Legal builds trust through verified legal databases and transparent, auditable AI outputs.
- Early leadership involvement and practical workflow integration drive measurable AI adoption success.
Adopting AI at a law firm only succeeds when a great majority of professionals use it. Without broad buy-in from lawyers, firms risk making a costly purchase that fails to deliver productivity improvements or boost client value.
That’s why as soon as a law firm decides to adopt CoCounsel Legal, Thomson Reuters’ customer success teams move into action. From day one, dedicated managers help lawyers learn how to use the comprehensive AI solution at their own pace — preparing them to take advantage of the tool, setting clear expectations, and showing them what they stand to gain.
This team also addresses any concerns about AI to new users. Two customer success managers, Alkmini O’Brien and Joshua Reifler, work to convey the value that CoCounsel can provide. They aim for having new users quickly experience that value, empowering them to benefit from CoCounsel within days of using it.
