This is an excellent opportunity to join a renowned brand name in the chemical industry as a Legal Executive. Our clients enjoy good reputation in Asia and the Middle East region.
The Legal Executive will assist in providing advisory on legal matters, as well as drafting and reviewing on legal documents, contract / vendor management, legal opinions etc. You will also be required to conduct legal research and legal training for Singapore and its subsidiary companies. In addition, you will oversee and assist in corporate secretarial work such as resolutions, preparation of materials for Board meetings etc.
To be considered, you should possess minimum two (2) years of PQE experience and preferably called to the Singapore Bar. Sound knowledge of Singapore Contract, Commercial Law, Banking Law and Company Law. Familiar with drafting / reviewing of contracts and agreements, and corporate secretarial work.
