Our Company is a leading international provider of human capital management (?HCM?) software and services. We are expanding our business in APAC and we are seeking for a right candidate to take up the following vacancy:
Responsibilities
Support and assistance for our companies and staff with contract work, in particular drawing up and reviewing sales contracts for the APAC region and in particularly China, Hong-Kong, Singapore and Malaysia
Drawing up, negotiating and reviewing contracts in English and Chinese/Mandarin, e. g. cooperation agreements with national and international partners, software agreements etc. (contracts are mainly drawn up in English)
Legal support for the local subsidiaries and the international Legal Team located in Berlin (Germany) for other legal questions related to the APAC region and in particularly company law and data protection law
Assistance with the management of corporate documents for the APAC region
Requirements
Law degree (from abroad an advantage)
At least 3 years of professional experience in the legal department of a company or in a large law firm
Very good knowledge of at least one of the following areas: Software/Internet law, data protection and, if possible, corporate law
Affinity with IT and Internet-related topics
Excellent communication skills, especially in an international environment
Strong motivation and service orientation
Independent ability to draw up documents and contracts and create templates etc. using MS Office
Confident negotiation skills in Chinese/Mandarin and in English (verbally and in writing)
Willingness to work with the Legal Team located in Berlin and to travel internationally
