Fisk, who teaches California Employment Law, Civil Procedure, Labor Law, and Legal Profession, is also a co-founder and co-faculty director of the school’s Center for Law and Work, a hub for cross-disciplinary scholarship, student engagement, and community involvement to address pressing and emerging labor and employment issues.
She’s published more than 100 articles and essays(opens in a new tab) and authored several books, including California Employment Law, Working Knowledge: Employee Innovation and the Rise of Corporate Intellectual Property, 1800-1930, and Writing for Hire: Unions, Hollywood, and Madison Avenue. Fisk is at work on two forthcoming books, Speech @ Work and No Neutrals: Lawyers for the 20th Century Labor Movement.
