The Survey
The annual BIALL Salary and Benefits Survey collects a wide range of data on salary, benefits, working conditions, etc. The data will be analysed and reported on by our independent survey consultant. The report can be used as a benchmarking tool, to indicate potential salaries within specific sectors and geographic regions, and assist in identifying factors that can appear to be related to better salaries and benefits.
Who is it open to?
The BIALL Salary and Benefits Survey 2025 is open to members and non-members of BIALL working in the legal information or legal knowledge profession throughout the UK and Ireland, at all levels. The more responses we receive, the better, so please do circulate this message to colleagues in your organisation.
Anonymity
The survey is anonymous – responses cannot be linked to individuals. It will only report on specific subgroupings where 5 or more responses are received.
