JOB DETAILS
Due to increased business and expansion in the region, and the company?s investment therein, a newly created role has arisen for a legal counsel to cover the China region for this global technology company. The candidate will be expected to advise on a broad range of corporate commercial matters, including IP, licensing, labour law issues and advising on sales and marketing contracts.
????????? Degree in Law
????????? 3 - 5 years post qualified experience
????????? PRC admission or other bar admission, plus relevant experience of managing China deals / transactions
????????? Experience of corporate and commercial law, plus handling of litigation matters
????????? Candidates with experience from the IT or telecoms sectors are preferred
????????? Familiar with local regulatory laws and compliance thereof
????????? Fluency in Mandarin and English language skills
