Our client is a global name in technology and an opportunity exists for an in-house corporate counsel to take responsibility for legal matters throughout Greater China. As well as general corporate commercial, regulatory and contract matters, the incumbent will be responsible for overseeing IP protection in China and FCPA compliance. Qualified lawyers with 5 years+ relevant experience and fluency in written Mandarin and English languages are sought.? Experience in Chinese government relations would be an added advantage.
Corporate and commercial legal experience
IP protection
Knowledge of FCPA and its practice
Experience of working for, or with, international software or technology companies
5 years+ legal experience in international private practice or global MNC
Fluency in both Mandarin and English languages
