The position will review the operations to assess what systems and processes best meet the company?s legal and compliance needs, implement to ensure good business practices and create the appropriate infrastructure. The incumbent will be diplomatic, assertive and an effective communicator. The ideal person has common sense, as well as commercial savvy and confidence.
