Exciting opportunity to be the first Asian counsel for this global FMCG, listed on the ASX and a market leader in its field.
The organisation is seeking a lawyer to deliver quality and timely legal advice and services to key internal stakeholders across its business divisions in PRC.
The successful applicant will have gained a minimum of 5 years commercial experience within a well recognised law firm or in house team.? Experience is required in the negotiation and drafting of commercial agreements, IP and corporate M&A. Management of litigation would be beneficial but not essential.
Well developed drafting skills, the ability to form and maintain strong working relationships, and the ability to work in a dynamic work environment are essential for this role.
Must be qualified to practice law in either Australia or Hong Kong. Must be fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
