My client, a top tier full service law firm in China with offices in Shanghai, Beijing and Shenzhen, Is seeking an attorney with 4 years of general corporate and M&A experience (top US or UK firm training is desirable). Person hired can be based in Shanghai or Beijing. Candidates must be fluent English and Chinese (at least speak and read). No portable business needed.
