A partner at a law firm that made a deal with President Donald Trump has defected to a boutique law firm that has a history of battling the Trump administration.

Ellen Holloman has joined Kaplan Martin LLP fromĀ Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft, which signed a deal with the White House in April, pledging $100 million in pro bono legal services toward Trump’s political priorities.
