NEW YORK, N.Y. – Nationally renowned civil rights and personal injury attorney Ben Crump, alongside DiCello Levitt, will hold a press conference on Tuesday to announce a lawsuit on behalf of Grammy-winning music icon George Clinton against Armen Boladian and multiple music companies, including Bridgeport Music, Inc., Westbound Records, Inc., and others.
The lawsuit alleges that Boladian and his affiliated companies engaged in fraud, copyright infringement, and breach of fiduciary duty by wrongfully acquiring rights to Clinton’s music catalog — denying him rightful ownership and decades of royalties. Clinton seeks to reclaim control of his work, void fraudulent agreements, and recover damages for what he alleges has been longstanding financial and artistic exploitation.
