The Research Librarian provides research and reference to attorneys and staff. This role emphasizes excellent client service, cost management, and collaboration in knowledge management initiatives. Key Responsibilities Deliver legal and non-legal research, reference, and document retrieval services.
Master’s in Library and Information Science (A.L.A – accredited) or equivalent. 3+ years of research experience in a law firm or corporate library. Expertise in online research tools (e.g., Lexis, Westlaw, Bloomberg Law, VitalLaw, PACER). Experience with library systems and technical services. Strong communication, organizational, and technical skills. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with the ability to balance multiple priorities and provide innovative library solutions.
