MEMPHIS, Tenn. – A former manager at a Memphis law firm has been indicted for stealing over $1 million.
Catherine Daly has been charged with embezzlement after investigators say she stole nearly $1.3 million over the course of two years by using company credit cards, and giving cards to two relatives as well. Police say she also paid off her private credit card bills with her company cards.
Daly faces up to 60 years in prison if convicted.
