China’s Minister of Justice He Rong met with a delegation led by Cuban Attorney General Yamila Peña Ojeda in Beijing on Sept 24.
He Rong introduced the guiding principles of the third plenary session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the significant achievements China has made in promoting law-based governance under the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law.
