University of Arizona Daniel F. Cracchiolo Law Library – Book Talk with Introduction to Law Librarianship (03/18/2022)

 

On Friday, March 18, 2022, the University of Arizona Daniel F. Cracchiolo Law Library hosted a Book Talk featuring Cas Laskowski, Head of Research, Data, and Instructional Services & Professor of Practice at the University of Arizona, and co-editor Zanada Joyner, Senior Reference Librarian at North Carolina Central University, in conversation with Clanitra Nejdl, Research Services Librarian, Head of Professional Development & Lecturer in Law at Vanderbilt University.

They discussed professors Laskowski and Joyner’s new book, Introduction to Law Librarianship. Introduction to Law Librarianship is the first textbook for students of library science focusing on law librarianship. This open-access, e-textbook with 27 chapters and contributions from over 60 authors, combines theory with practice for a nearly comprehensive overview of law librarianship as practiced in academia, law firm, and government law libraries.
