Head of Business and Competitive Intelligence – London
Over the past 3 years, this firm has invested heavily in creating new functions in Information Services and KM Systems, all of which has been partner-led. As a result of formalising the delivery of KM within this firm, a need has been identified to provide a dedicated business research function. This role will work closely with the firms Knowledge Manager to establish this service. Initially, the role will almost certainly be a balance of engaging with the firms practice areas to identify their needs and to evangelise this service and providing a business research service, but in the medium and longer term, the priorities will shift to putting into place tools and resources that will enable the function to provide a more insight driven research function.
