Our client is a leading practice with a strong network of offices. Over 100 lawyers, including more than 30 partners, combine to create a diligent, pioneering and commercially aware team who are able to meet the needs of corporate and individual clients across a wide range of legal areas. Currently undergoing a sustained period of growth, they are now seeking to add to their agriculture team.

The Role

We are now tasked with sourcing a dynamic and talented Agriculture Lawyer for our client’s leading team in Northampton. Managing a full and varied caseload covering the full remit of Agricultural issues, the successful lawyer will become part of a successful specialist team dedicated to this niche area of law. The caseload will include: planning issues; rights of way; environmental liabilities; farm acquisition and disposals; diversification projects and; transactions involving unregistered land. The Candidate

You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive from NQ – 3 years’ PQE.

You must have a solid background in Commercial Property with Agricultural expertise being highly advantageous.

You must have specialist expertise in unregistered land matters.

You will have excellent academics with at least a 2:1 at degree level.

You will be a team player and also able to work in your own initiative.

You will be commercially aware with first class client care and interpersonal skills across all levels.

You will be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and flexible.
