Troutman Pepper’s Deborah Enea Named Editor of LexisNexis’ Commercial Finance Guide

BERWYN –Deborah Enea, a partner in Troutman Pepper’s Corporate Finance Practice, has been selected to serve as the next editor of LexisNexis’ Commercial Finance Guide. The publication, which provides extensive coverage of commercial financing from basic secured loans to more sophisticated, complex structures, will be released on June 18. Part I deals with secured lending transactions, part II addresses specialized collateral, and part III analyzes special legal and financial considerations.

A seasoned legal practitioner, Enea focuses her practice on corporate finance transactions. Her experience spans various structures (broadly syndicated, club and bilateral financings) across all levels of the capital structure including senior financing, mezzanine financing, SBIA lending, unitranche, Holdco PIK financing, second lien financing, acquisition financing, and other secured lending transactions. She has a proven track record of representing a diverse range of parties in financial services matters, including agents, nonbank and direct lenders, and corporate borrowers. Enea’s practice has a particular emphasis on advising private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies on matters in a full spectrum of industries.
