I suppose this lawyer has a point.. but even we have to say his lawsuit is pedantic..
The International Herald Tribune reports that a lawyer identified only as Shan has sued McDonald's in China because receipts it gave out were mostly in English, according to a report in a state-run newspaper last Friday.
The Beijing Youth Daily said the lawyer, argued that the use of English instead of Chinese was a violation of his rights.
