Former Cravath Swaine & Moore M&A Lawyer Gets 1 Year Prison Sentence |

The NY Times has reported that..
James Colliton 43 , a former mergers and acquisitions lawyer with Cravath, Swaine & Moore., was accused of paying a woman so he could have sex with her two under-age daughters and of having sex with a third under-age girl, not related to the woman or her daughters.
Colliton admitted to rape in the second degree and rape in the third degree, both felonies, and patronizing a prostitute, a misdemeanor, in a deal with prosecutors in State Supreme Court in Manhattan.
Having already been jailed for 19 months, he was eligible for immediate release, but Justice Thomas Farber kept him in custody, saying he wanted to see a probation report before he imposed a sentence on Oct. 11. |
