Sidley Austin LLP Expands in Singapore with the Addition of M&A and Private Equity Partner

Sidley Austin LLP has announced that Charlie Wilson will be joining the firm in Singapore as a partner in the M&A and Private Equity practices.

Mr. Wilson has practiced law in Asia for 17 years and regularly advises clients on transactions throughout Southeast Asia. For example, Mr. Wilson has acted as international counsel for Indonesia’s national oil company in its proposed acquisition of a U.S.-based oil company’s Venezuelan oil assets.
