Dacheng Wong Alliance (DCWA) has been invited to join Prae Legal, a legal network, making it the only Singapore-China joint venture law firm to have received this invitation.

As part of this collaboration, DCWA will assist Asian companies going west and Western companies seeking to do business in China, India and the ASEAN region.
Through its membership with PraeLegal, DCWA has increased its international footprint to reach Africa, South America, Europe, the Middle East and other parts of Asia.
Speaking on the development, Aloysius Wee, Managing Principal of DCWA, said: “Many times, we are faced with advising on investments in hitherto difficult jurisdictions where we have no control over the quality or reach. We have already commenced working within this network and look forward to more interactions with our extended reach.”
DCWA was established in September 2011 as a limited liability partnership between China’s Dacheng Law Offices and Singapore’s Wong Alliance.
