Practical Law China
Thomson Reuters is delighted to be hosting three evenings of refreshments and canapes to celebrate the launch of our new legal know-how service, Practical Law China.
Already a hugely popular resource in the UK and US, the launch of Practical Law China’s service marks the brand’s expansion into the Asian legal market.
The new Practical Law China service provides transactional support for lawyers doing business in mainland China, with resources organised into practical toolkits to help you mitigate risk, better manage operations in China and quickly understand where and how Chinese law differs from other jurisdictions.
We are hosting the following events:
Hong Kong: Tuesday 16 September 2014. Gloucester Tower, Central, Hong Kong.
Beijing: Tuesday 14 October 2014. Chemsunny World Trade Centre, Xicheng District, Beijing.
Shanghai: Thursday 16 October 2014. AZIA Center, Pudong District, Shanghai.
All events run from 18:00-20:30.
The evenings will include a brief and lively introduction to the new service and discussion of the increasing importance of know how in the Asian legal market lead by Sophie Cameron, Acting Head of International Content and Head of Practical Law China, Peter Davies, Head of Editorial, Practical Law China, and Robert Lewis, Senior International Counsel at Zhong Lun Law Firm.
We have limited spaces available, so if you would like to attend, or know of any colleagues who you think may be interested in attending, please send your name, email address, organisation and details of which event you would like to attend to [email protected].
