Here’s their press release.

Justis Publishing launches exclusive Offshore Case Law Package

The most important cases from key offshore jurisdictions brought together for the first time

Justis Publishing is delighted to announce that you can now access the Jersey Law Reports, Cayman Islands Law Reports and Justis BVI Cases online in an essential new collection that is aimed at offshore practitioners.

This new package contains over 4,700 cases, across these series. This is complemented by the JustCite citator, which currently indexes and links to over 100 other data providers. It will enable legal practitioners and information specialists working in, or with, offshore jurisdictions to find leading authorities and establish the current status of the law in common law jurisdictions across the world.

The Jersey Law Reports feature judgments of cases from 1969 to the present day that are heard at the Royal Court and appeal courts. As a series it takes those cases of lasting legal importance from a multitude of practice areas, including banking and taxation, white-collar crime, commercial law and family law. The Reports are exclusive to Justis worldwide outside of the Channel Islands, and are available as printable PDFs replicating the pagination and appearance of the hard copy versions.

Also in this collection, Justis BVI Cases cover civil and criminal law cases dating back to 1994 from the British Virgin Islands with much of the content exclusive to Justis. The series provides users with access to persuasive precedent, in particular from the areas of contract law, shareholder disputes, fraud and trusts law.

The Cayman Islands Law Reports is our newest addition to Justis for 2015, with coverage of the leading decisions of the Grand Court and the Court of Appeal dating back to 1923. The Reports feature authorities on trusts, company law, civil procedure and family law, providing a veritable pool of jurisprudence for offshore practitioners practising in these areas.

About the release of this new package, Jonathon Daymond, Sales and Marketing Director at Justis Publishing said: “Adding the Cayman Islands Law Reports to Justis allows us to offer a very well rounded collection of cases from some of the most important offshore jurisdictions. This is a unique collection that we think will make finding important authority in this area significantly easier.”
