Nightclub mogul and developer Marc Roberts sold his South Beach penthouse to LexisNexis CEO Mike Walsh.
E11even owner Roberts and his wife, Marci, sold a three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom condo on the 38th floor of Murano at Portofino to Walsh and his wife Sheila, property records show.
Mike Walsh is CEO of the LexisNexis’ global legal business. The New York-based data analytics company is a subsidiary of RELX Group, based in the United Kingdom.
The Walshes paid $5.9 million for the 2,618-square-foot unit, which breaks down to $2,254 per square foot. The penthouse previously sold for $5.5 million in 2018, records show.
