Our client is a highly regarded Global Banking powerhouse, which enjoys a dominant position within Commercial Banking in Asia. The Bank requires a dynamic and career minded lawyer to join their expanding Legal team in Singapore.
Based in the Singapore office, you will review, interpret and draft legal documents and agreements related to Commercial Banking activities. You will provide Legal advice to the front office business and middle office teams.
Working in a fairly lean team the opportunity to be exposed to all manor or products and issues is unrivalled. The role will suit and individual who thrives on variety and responsibility. In addition the firm are known for providing an excellent work / life balance.
You will hold either a UK or Singapore law degree as the work is focused on the Singapore business. You will have at least 2 years experience working in a bank or law firm and be experienced in Corporate Banking from a legal perspective.
