Library Assistant (temporary)

18 month fixed term contract
Applications are invited from graduates for a temporary position for 18 months to start as soon as possible. Previous library experience preferred.
Gray’s Inn Library is a law library serving Barristers and Bar students. The Library offers, as well as traditional hard-copy resources, a wide range of electronic services. The appointee will gain experience of general library duties and enquiry work, including online searching.
Hours of work will be 35 hours per week including one late night (until 8 p.m.) and some Saturdays.
Leave entitlement is 20 days (In addition, there are 13 discretionary days, excluding Statutory Bank Holidays).
The Inn provides pension contributions and free lunches (except during the Summer recess)
