This is a sole legal counsel role in Asia created by an engineering and manufacturing US MNC. The ideal candidate will act as the business partner to the Regional President and his/her team in supporting all commercial sales and operational activities throughout Asia. He/she will also be providing advice and assistance with the regulatory, litigation, employment, corporate governance, business development, environmental and other matters related to the firm’s operations. Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin would be a pre requisite. Some travelling is required and candidates pursuing this opportunity must be Commonwealth qualified. 10 years + PQE
