Reed Elsevier has appointed Mark Kelsey as Chief Executive Officer of LexisNexis Risk Solutions.

Kelsey has spent nearly 30 years at Reed Business Information and will continue in his current role as Chief Executive

Officer of that business in addition to his new responsibilities.
