“More fun at the House of Butter – last year/early this year LexisNexis UK closed down their Butterworths Conference Division & made all the staff redundant. They did however retain the rights to one event – the Alternative Legal IT Show – and have since sold a shedload of sponsorship etc. Unfortunately it was only this week they realised that they’d also sacked whoever it was (& they don’t know who) who had the login details to the event website & twitter account. Pretty good for a company in the digital information business”
