Singapore Has New State Law Minister |

Ind Law news reports that Singapore's top lawyer K Shanmugam today took over as the island state's Law Minister from Professor S Jayakumar... actually we note that this all took place back in March so most of you will be well aware of the fact.
49-year-old Mr Shanmugam, who has practised law for 23 years, will also concurrently hold the appointment of Second Minister for Home Affairs.
Prof Jayakumar remains as Deputy Prime Minister and Coordinating Minister for National Security, under a cabinet reshuffle announced by Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong on March 31 this year.
