Four new Partners For Squire Sanders In China

ALB reports that  Squire Sanders hasadded four new partners to its Greater China team.

Corporate specialists Jenny Liu and Xudong Ni have joined the firm?s offices in Beijing and Shanghai, while corporate partner Sin Kiu Ng and intellectual property expert Kam Law have moved to the Hong Kong branch.
 
While Liu focuses primarily on private equity and venture capital investment matters in China, Ni advises on cross border M&As, FDI, Chinese regulatory issues and dispute resolution. On the other hand, Ng?s knowledge of the corporate sphere has her actively involved in IPOs, M&A and venture capital work. Law, meanwhile, is registered as a U.S. patent attorney and qualified in the U.S. and Hong Kong.
