Filipino Lawyer Sues Pope and Cardinal |

We learn that, Ely Pamatong, a Filipino lawyer has sued Pope Benedict XVI and Cardinal Gaudencio Rosales (April 29, 2008) in a Manila prosecutor’s office.
Pamatong has filed charges of human right violations on the following basis.
The Catholic Church
Forces people to believe catholic doctrines
Swindling (tithes or offerings solely goes to the Pope based in Vatican)
...and for noise disturbance (loud speakers mounted in churches)
We're not sure how far he's going to get but full marks for trying.
